Custom domain

Kotal Pro user assigned a Platform admin role can set custom domain. Custom domain will be used by Kotal Pro users to access dashboard.

A custom domain must be configured before creating endpoints.

1. Click on Settings in the sidebar.

2. Click on Domain under platform settings.

3. Enter your custom domain in the format of name.domain without the protocol. Here's a list of valid domains:

   kotal.cloud
   kotal.co
   google.com
   yourdomain.io
   mydomain.xyz
   your.app

4. Update your domain DNS records.

   1. Add A record that maps your.domain to the ip address.

   2. Add A record that maps *.your.domain to the ip address.

5. Click on Save button.

Updating domain will render endpoints that use the old domain invalid.
